Warm Egg Salad

 

YUMMY GRANOLA.
Prep Time: 15 min         Cook Time: 25 mins          Total Time: 40 mins          Serving Size: 15

 

6 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1-2 Cups Nuts and Seeds

1-2 Cups Chopped Dried Fruit

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

2 Tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

1 Cup Honey

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Set aside chopped fruit.

  3. In a large mixing bowl stir together oats, nuts and seeds, salt, and cinnamon with a large mixing spoon.

  4. Add honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Stir well until all the oats are coated.

  5. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and use the spoon to spread it in an even layer. If you like some delicious clusters and clumps in your granola press the granola together.

  6. Bake until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Stirring halfway through and press down again if desired.

  7. Let the granola cool completely undisturbed. It will crisp up as it cools.

  8. Break up the granola until it is the desired texture.

  9. Add the dried fruit and stir gently.

  10. Add chocolate chips, if desired.
