Mixed Place Settings.

Mixed up, mixed and matched, mismatched... There is not much that adds more personality to a table than a mash-up place setting. Contrary to what some say, it's hard to mess that up. Different eras, different colors, even different styles. Eclectic place settings make your gathering uniquely tailored to you and your guests and make up amazing and unconventional looking tables!!

Mixing pieces is a cost effective way to add character to your table. You can find incredible pieces at thrift stores and estate sales. Keep a common thread loosely in mind as you shop. For instance, complimentary colors, a certain shape, or a theme of some sort.
